Fanwood Recreation announces its Spring schedule of programs for Fanwood’s senior community. These programs will be offered weekly, and will begin the week of March 31st, either in-person or via the ONLINE Zoom app.
You do not need a Zoom account to be invited to and participate in a Zoom meeting. However, if you do not have a Zoom account and would like one, download the Zoom app onto your computer or mobile device and create a user name and password. It’s free. After you are registered for a Zoom program, your instructor will eventually email you a link that will allow you to attend that program via Zoom videoconferencing through your computer monitor or mobile device.
Schedule of programs:
Gentle Yoga Tuesdays (Online)
Time: Tuesdays, 9–10 AM.
Class begins April 1, ends on June 24.
Upwardly Mobile—a Wellness Program (In-Person)
Time: Wednesdays, 9–10 AM, Forest Road Park building.
Class begins April 2, ends on June 25.
Zumba Gold (Online)
Wednesdays, 11:30 AM–12:15 PM.
Class begins April 2, ends on June 18.
Gentle Yoga Thursdays (In-Person)
Thursdays, 9–10 AM, Forest Road Park building.
Class begins April 3, ends on June 26. No class on May 15.
Cost per program: $20
Registration: To register, please go to Community Pass, log in, click on “Browse Activities,” select Spring 2025 Senior Programs, and follow the instructions on how to register online. No paper registrations or checks will be accepted for these programs.
