Join us for our Summer Musical Theater production of High School Musical Jr. This 2-week camp is a fun, high-energy musical for any kids that love to sing, dance and act! Students will learn vocal management, authentic acting techniques and gain dance skills! Learning to become a triple threat will make them more confident performers. High School Musical Jr. is an ensemble show that gets everyone involved because, like the song says, “We’re All In This Together”!
Dates: Mondays thru Fridays, July 8–12, 15–19* **

*There will be two shows on July 19th at 11 AM and 2 PM. (Show is an hour.)
**Kids should pack a lunch. There will be lunch and recess. Refrigeration is available.
All children who register must audition. Auditions will be held on Saturday, June 8th. If a child is unable to attend on June 8th, alternate arrangements will be made. Prior to June 8th, registrants will be notified of audition location and time. Auditions will not prevent anyone from attending the camp.
Program open to 50 kids maximum.
About The Instructor: Krystle Lyn Tomlinson. Miss Krystle is a skilled and trained Musical Theater artist who graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in NYC. She brings 25 years of dance, 20 years of vocal and 17 years of acting training to Fanwood Recreation. From growing up a rhythm tap artist and winning many awards on a national level to becoming a professional performer at age 10,Krystle is ecstatic to run this High School Musical Jr. camp! Her teaching experience spans across the state of New Jersey in all things theatrical. Krystle has recently been seen in Spongebob: The Musical at Plays In The Park and Sweet Charity at Villagers Theater. Krystle‘s other credits include Elf On The Shelf National Tour playing Sugar Plum Dreidel, Annie in Chicago at Winnipesaukee Playhouse in New Hampshire and various RWS hit theme park shows around the USA. She hopes to see you this summer!!
This program will be run in accordance with New Jersey Department of Health COVID-19 safety guidelines. If required by NJDOH guidelines, registrants should bring their own face coverings. Parents/guardians of minor registrants will need to read and agree to an online COVID-19 legal waiver.
